DONT DO IT!!!
You hair won't gain as much moisture as much as it will LOSE moisture because once this stuff is in your hair it is extremely difficult to wash it out of hair. You really don't want to strip your hair of natural moisture/oils!

^ i thinks he was being sarcastic abt the gajar halwa treatment.. cz u read alot of weird concoctions here. My take on these treatments, you really have to try them to see if they work, every single person has different experiences and reactions. If it works, great, if not, doesn't mean it won't work for some one else...
CA, speaking of mayo on the hair, when I was 11-12 my mom did that to me...and the results were good..but when i told my classmates abt it they laughed at me and one of em said he could make a salad wiht my head.

Mayo might be good but it smells horrible even after 2 washes. I'm sick of desi totkas now. The only thing that has worked for me so far is Amla oil which really changed the look/feel of my hair in just 4 weeks.....I'm not losing anymore hair thank God! :-)
