Waterproof makeup isn't needed.. these days regular makeup has plenty of staying powder.. all u need is a waterproof mascara that's it! Use a "setting" spray over u're makeup.
Some days are a complete waste of make-up!

^ i think there a product by mac called Fixing spray you spray it over the face after applying all your make-up and it set the make-up in place and makes it water resistant

"Spray it on Skin drinks it up" - Mac
I have never tried it to be honest but have been recommended it by many beauticians.
I will do my own Mendi make-up so mainly for this day

i have a great maybelline liquid eyeliner and it doesn't smudge and stays put even when i cry (when i yawn my eyes tear up, when i laugh too hard they tear up then too, allergy days lol you get the pic)
now i just googled it and read a bad review of it but for my eyes that do tear up often i've never had an issue and i have to use eyemakeup remover to take it off.
here's a good review of it:
Beauty Tips for Ministers
and a pic because if you're not familiar with using liquid eyeliners the brush on this one is really easy to guide on your eyes where as tinner brushes are harder to control.
mac's fluidlines is not something i'd recommend to people that are looking for waterproof but it's long lasting and once again the application brush is for someone with more experience.
Don't mess with Texas...

The setting spray "set's" all u're makeup and keeps it in place.. MAC has a great one! using a primer before applying u're makeup wud also make it last longer and keep it smudge-proof!
