So I'm looking for a new eyeliner and I need suggestions and/or reviews of eyeliners you like.
Could be liquid, pencil, or cream eyeliners. Also, do waterproof eyeliners make a big difference or are regular liners just as good? Thanks!

liquid eyeliner on the lid gives a clean touch as well as cream eyeliners
but pencil or those desi kajol sticks are best for the waterline
Try Maybellines liquid eyeliner, Urban Decays cream liners, and Almays pencil!
And Waterproof liners make a big difference, they usually last longer and do not mess up

Urban Decay 247 Eye Liners are really good. I use that for weddings/evenings.
Body Shops Liquid Eyeliner, that is what I use everyday. Its easy to apply.

Thanks..i have something to work with! Now i feel like going shopping
Also, if you line top with liquid liner then do you use pencil for bottom? I used liquid a while back but never put it on the bottom( i think i tried once but it didn't come out nice).

Do you think that putting eyeliner on the bottom part of eyes(water line) make them look bigger or smaller? When I put it on the bottom lid i always think it makes my eye look smaller, but when I see others doing it, it doesn't seem that way....also what's a good pencil i can get for my water line? I've tried desi kajol, but smears way too much on me and i end up looking like a raccon....and drug store make up only (revlon, maybeliine, maxfactor, l'oreal, etc) - mall make up is to expensive for me

if you want a simple liquid eyeliner, the bodyshop one is easy to use and jet black.

I absolutely love the MAC eye kohl or MAC eye pencil. A bit expensive but totally worth it. I have never come across an eyeliner that stays put for so long or one that is as dark as this one. They have them in every color but I prefer the blackest black.

Chanel Khol Pencil - very dark colour, never smudges.
Stila gel liner - amazingly easy to apply.
