So I've been losing the war on my insomnia lately and my eyes are all puffy. Any remedies for puffy eyes?

Cucumber slices. A good massage in small circular motions.

ice, cucumbers, bag of peas,
take a spoon and dip it into ice water and hold it under your eye it's the perfect shape, when it's warm dip it back into ice water.
i've heard my mom say tea bags, but i never did that and i have to say prep H cream does work wonders! I heard tons of hollywood makeup artist talk about it but i finally got desperate one day bc i had to be on stage later on that night and was too stressed. i ran and got that stuff and it did the trick.

Don't mess with Texas...

Place cotton pads soaked in rosewater and sleep on 2 pillows.. massage the area with a vitamin E capsule (use the oil inside)
Teabags do work!
Some days are a complete waste of make-up!

I tried melatonin supplements for a couple of days for insomnia. After that they didnt work for me but I was talking to a flight attendant at the pharmacy and she told me it works really well for her (since they have varying sleep schedules).
I wouldnt really recommend using it daily but once in a while use should be ok.
As for the puffy eyes, there is this product by Garnier..called Garnier eye roll on and it works good.
