Use a mud mask only once a week..it shud draw out all the impurities.. blackheads don't hurt..unless they're infected and form under-the-skin acne.. and flare-up.

Use a toner to minimize the appearance of large/open pores

ok so if the blackhead area is painful n itchy it means its infected rite?

rosewater as toner is ok rite?

Gina, i wanted to know what to use for my marks on my skin ...
i got some tiny scars on my cheek areas, but for that i got the solutaion already

NO i wanted to know Whenever i get pimples they leave marks ater they gone .. what to use for that to get rid of those marks foreva .. and plz also tell what to use when u feel u gettin a pimple or if u already have, is there anythings which speeds up the process so they just dry out and dissappear ..?!

I have a anti blemish solutions - spot treatment gel by CLINIQUE
but that aint good at all ... it doesnt work ...

can u recommend anything better ??

^^ i was hoping for a quicker answer plz ..
what can i use for my marks on my skin which are kinda overpopulating my skin ... and have been caused my pimples/spots ...

plz tell what to use to get my skin clear and mark free, my skin is getting worse with the time ... dun know why ... i try to drink a lot of water, i avoid fried food but still ...

Tea-tree oil, dab it on when u feel u're about to get a pimple. Anything with salicylic acid is great. U have to let the red marks left by acne settle-down before u try and work on the pigmentation left by them.

U're derm may prescribe HQ gel to lighten them or u may try the red sandalwood and wild turmeric paste. All the remedies are within this thread or Glowing Brides in the wedding section.

i am also interested in knowing about a good moisturizer for combination skin. i wud also like some suggestions of daily(morning,night), weekly and monthly routines.
gina, is sandalwood powder and red sandalwood powder different things? if so where cud one get red powder?

Everything has been mentioned in this thread already.. u just have to find a moisturiser thru trial and error. I love body shop's vitamin E cream..many claim it caused them breakouts.. so u really have to try a couple before u find "the' right one

red sandalwood is diff..and can be found at u're local Indian grocery shop.

when sometimes i clean my forehead by threading after one day i get some pimples at that place .....plzz gina tell me how can i get rid of such pimples & what should i apply after threading my forehead so that such pimples do not appear...........
