It's used in many creams and lotions as a emollient.. hydrates and softens the skin.

Whiteheads are hardened sebum (oil), grated potatoes or juice help reducing whiteheads and so does cornstarch and vinegar.. mix into equal quantities, leave it on for 10 mins and wash off.
Sun Sense is a great spf 50+ sunblock that doesn't leave u're face chalky-white.. it's tinted..
Apply the tea-tree oil directly onto the pimple with a cotton-ball

Whiteheads can't be removed with a blackhead remover strip... after the age of 25-26 u shud get regular facials..once a month to have u're face cleaned. I've given remedies above.

All you gals out there. Do not forget that you are not 'white'. And therefore have greater tendency to tan. Unfortunately tanning is never uniform, it is not just your hands and face will get darker, but certain area on the hands and feet may get darker than the rest. The only solution is to avoid the sun. Wear a visor or a chic hat when going out and get used to wearing gloves esp when driving in the sun. You will see the difference within a month. And all of you who swim, covered pools only.
Who will guard the guardians.

Hi Gina, I once read that people use egg whites on their face, or honey? What does that do, is is it for oily skin or dry? Thank you.

Egg whites firm the skin.. a mask made out of them is ideal for oily skin.. use an egg yolk (beaten) if u have dry skin.
Honey has moisturizing properties, can be used on all skin-types.

hey G, pls ans a few doubts:
1) We shud use moisturising cream after sunblock rite?
2) How long shud we wait before we buy a new eye cream? ive been using clinique all abt eyes for more than 3 months but no result...
3) I was thinkin of tryin loreal eye cream range.. can u tell me which is the best
a)Loreal Revital lift
b) Loreal eye serum(in tube)
c) Other (I dun rememember)
pls note i need only for my deep undereye lines ... dark circles is a second priority. if not loreal, then please suggest any other equally gud and affordable brand.
4) What is your opinion on Olay (classic moisturiser in pink bottle)? Its for all skin types.
5) Which gud face cream do u recommend for v dry skin (mine is 19 on skin test) besides body shop one.
Thanks always!!!!!! ure the star.

U shud use a moisturizing sunblock.. or use sunblock after u're moisturizer. I suggested clinique to sumone and they saw results within the first couple of weeks.. u're fine lines maybe not that fine afterall.. perhaps it needs more time. I've heard great reviews abt the L'Oreal serum too.
Oil of Olay is nice for normal skin.. or as a cleansing milk/lotion.
Himalaya Herbals has nice face creams like the almond and jojoba one for dry skin.

I havnt got acne...who said i have...im just a bit sensitive about my mediocre male skin...
I just want to make it peefect the same way u girls want ur skin to.
i havnt had laser/chemical peels but jus considering them cos these of the counter prod.s dnt really work.
yeh I am getting a small receding hair-line...whats thier 2 laugh about.
Isnt it wise getting worried abut it now, rather than when its all gone.
and madam...i dont even do much to myself near to you girls do..and stil seen by many as an attractive person
Im just passing my mid-twenties where a lot of body-chemistry is changing, and I dont want to loose the touch.
I just made that comment because this thread gave me a reality check.
