AE depends on how sensitive u're skin is.. some people can even tolerate sessions within 7 days..usually it's 10-12 days
Just remember no bleaching, no alcohol astringents and NO retin A 2 days before and 2 days after a session.
Some days are a complete waste of make-up!

I remember a couple of years ago, I used to use a mask of haldi and honey , I would apply it for about 10 minutes or so and then wash off and do this every night. I was thinking of trying the same thing now, would it be safe to do this every night and would you know of the benefits of this? I am wanting to maintain an overall healthy complexion, and try to sort out darker area around the mouth?
Thank you x

Cinnamon powder and honey is more effective for uneven skintone, however u may experience itching and redness as well.

U can't use HQ without a prescription see a derm.. please don't use any bleach creams they do more harm than good..and i've exhausted myself repeating the harms of such creams.

Thank you u shud begin using anti-aging/firming creams withh collagen after 30-35..
It depends entirely on u're skin-type.. u shud have it assessed for age spots, acne etc.
