2000 shops in every city are copying the same dress design accurately that you cant tell the difference. You have very frustrated members they come here to rant, that's all they do, they dont care if in the process they ruin other peoples businesses/lives. It's your fault! You ahve given them teh permission to do so! We have been presented by an online petition to close down paklinks many time but we chose to stay away from it, believe me the petition has some big designer/make up artist names. Half of thestories people tell in here are fake, lies, nonsense and you let your members get away with it.

While I feel sympathetic any business who may be confused by someone else not doing so well, I find it hard to accept the rude and threatening comments being made towards this public site and our moderators. Our moderators are not part of the management and they dont have any official agenda. They are entitled to their opinions as much as the general public and visitors of this site. The moderators are chosen among the most regulars and those who have an extra ordinary ability to facilitate and moderate the discussions.
This is a public opinion website. We do not have the capacity or desire to independently verify or deny the claims made by the users. Like all top boards, we let the members sort it out among themselves. All we do is make sure that each party has a reasonable and civilized opportunity to respond and debate.
I feel that the threatening tones have gone too far for our moderators and its time for me and my legal team to step in. I have been advised by our attorneys to disable any nicks participating with threatening or legal actions posted on the web board. The same posts will be printed and supplied to the attorneys for further action. Gupshup remains well protected entity under its nature of business.
