I'm sure Gina will be around to give you a great answer once this has been switched to fashion and beauty... but from what I've heard it's wise to only use scrubs 1-2 times a week to avoid stripping the skin, and when you're young your skin is pretty good at maintaining its own cell turnover (dead skin cell layers form less quickly and come off on their own more effectively). Once you hit your 30s there are lots of great daily cleansers that contain gentle acids that help to keep dulling dead skin cells in check but I think it could be drying to overdo it with any type of exfoliant...

A face scrub is milder than a hands and feet scrub but it may be used to scrub u're hands and feet.. if u're young an in u're 20's..scrub no more than 2-3 times a week. Don't use a really harsh abraisive scrub..but a milder one with beads.
Be careful if u're having any peeling treatments or micro-derm sessions done! If u use any sort of cleanser with either salicylic or glycolic acid in it..exfoliation (manual) isn't needed.
Some days are a complete waste of make-up!

Almond peels and almond oil
Brown sugar and orange juice/olive oil
Mustard seeds and cream
Lemon juice and sugar
If u're in Pakistan u can buy "baddam ki khalli" it's powdered almond peels..this is safe to use everyday too..mix it with rosewater or normal water..
