Mitchums is supposed to be a very strong deodorant. You can try that. I've heard that once you apply it, it's strong enough....and you don't need another application. I've used it before...and it smells nice. I buy it mainly for the fragrance (especially the Spring scent).
Others that I have tried and liked include Secret, Lady Speed Stick, and Degree.
Try Secret....it's good.

I knew someone in high school who had a problem...she used to sweat profusely and gave off a very bad odor.
She started to use men's deodorant after the women's deodorant stopped working on her underarms.
Good luck!

Or it might be just some other problem too. For instance if you're always feeling cold, and your face feels warm and your hands/feet are cold all the time, (and obv, you're also sweating a lot in your underarms) then I'd advise you to go see a doc. It could just be that your weak from inside..

Mitchums is good, I use it, if it is too bad you may want to ask your doctor for alternative, I am not sure how it is in Pakistan if doctors want to suggest this kind of stuff.

Add zinc to your diet; it's a natural deodorant. Also don't eat heavy foods in summer. Another thing is make sure your clothes are fresh and clean; sweat only smells when it has bacteria to rot on. You can hang your clothes outside in the sun; the UV light kills germs.
