Thank you for answering all our queries.

So for dull undernourished skin, you recommend a skin rich in vit. E.
For spots, you recommend HQ.

What would you recommend for skin clarity...that is for even tone and taking care of maturing skin.

I think HQ stands for Hydroquinone, creams that fade spots have HQ.

Niksik, may be Gina can elaborate on this but in my opinion you have totake care of your skin inside out. After consulting with my doctor I do take CQ10 and Omegas, but I try to get Omega 3 from my diet(fish-flex seed-olive oil etc) CQ10 is not produced by body so has to be supplemented from outside.
Both of these make skin more supple and healthy looking (in my case my hair got better too)
Ask you doctor to do tests to check your iron, thyriod etc too, both of them contribute to healthy skin/hair and genealr health overall.

Sorry if I got off the topic I hope this helps.

For maturing skin I do suggest evening primrose oil Obagi has great products for slightly mature skin..

Skin regimen stays the same.. just be sure an wear sunblock everytime u step-out..

Skin serums with Collagen are great they keep the skin firm and boost cell-turnover.

Some days are a complete waste of make-up!
