i was at my local CVS today and saw some cool eyeshadow pallets and literally fall in love with those colors.
the brand is milani and the pallets called runways eyes. there are 6 colors in one pallet (in black, or smokey pallets those six colors are going from the lightest shade to the darkest shade) and they are mettalic bright colors.
when i came home i searched them on youtube and one girl did a smokey eye with their black color pallete. what she did is that she started from inner corner of her eyes by applying the lightest shade on 1/6 of her eye, and then picked the next color to apply next to the lightest shade and so on. she applied the darkest color on the corner of her eyes. the end result was really pretty cuz the colors on her eyes were gradually going fro the lightest color (white) to the darkest (black)

has anyone of u ever tried that brand? i haven't bought it yet cuz i wasn't sure about the staying power and pigmentation of the eyeshadows, but after seeing all those youtube videos and reading good reviews on MUA, i really want to try them. they cost around $8 to 9

i knw i saw them at CVS too and was sooo tempted to get them - the colors are soooo pretty! I didnt buy it because I have soo much makeup from my wedding that its pointless to buy something at the moment but ive heard really good reviews about it.. maybe you can ask someone at the makeup counter to apply some on your eyes.. and that way get an idea of the pigmentation!
