ive just developed them due toe xams and not sleeping very well. what can i do....will they disappear once im back on sleeping well........or shall i use something....

place cold cucumbers on them

or in the morning put two tablespoons in the freezer and then put on eyes for 5 minutes.
That worked wonders for me and the dark circles never came back either.

Also increase iron in diet and SLEEP

Yes sleep does help. Especially if lack of sleep is the reason behind the dark circles.

I've heard stress can cause it as well, so reduce stress. And lack of certain vitamins and not drinking enough water can contribute to the problem as well. So, take a multivitamin, stay hydrated, and eat a healthy diet.

It could even be caused by allergies and sun exposure, so wear sunscreen 15-30 minutes prior to going out.

These are all simple basic precautions that we try to take on a daily basis for overall health and complexion. And many times we can correct the problem just by looking at what's lacking.

You can try placing cucumber/potato slices on eyes for 20 minutes. Cold teabags are also helpful. Below are links with a list of more simple remedies:

hiya, thanks, ok so whats better the cucumbers or spoons. im gna put the spoons in freezer the night before and then put them on next day...and do i do this daily?

WHAT DO i eat in order to eradicate them? im having atleast 2 bits of fruit daily, im having celery avocado spinach cucumber veg and chiken and fish as well daily.....so my diets fairly healthy at the moment...could i be lacking in anything?

so if i tried to sleep earlier and wake up earlier would that reduce them...i sleep at like 1am sometimes 2am nowadays, and wake up 12 noon ....not good :{ this is the reason right?

I think you may get frost bite - just a couple of minutes in the freezer should be fine for the spoons.

I personally thought the spoons were easier to do.
