Do you have H & M over there? What about Topshop?
There are lots of such styles on the high street over here in the UK.

I know target.com has them - hehehhe
I know its a carppy store to be buying clothes but they do have them and its cheap.
generic piece of clothing -- works fine for me

hard to find @ this time of the year, this look is more like a fall/winterish look. Try fall, yuo will see them everywhere. In Toronto, I would go to eaton center, there are tons of shops there that carry styles like these you can go to H&M/Mango/A&F/Hollister/Banana R/FCUK/T&A/bebe wagerah and tons more..
try R&W too I got something similar from there last year..

or even winners, I know that store is not for everybody's taste, but I love it esp the one on college/Y, bloor and leaside etc..

yes they were on sale in like march/april. hard to find, I bought one from gap about a month ago and other shop I went aroud that time had none or flimsy ones left.

If you are anywhere in Canada or America you might want to check Forever 21, Urban Behavior, Urban Planet, Garage or Off the Wall- I think you would probably find cardigans from lighter material there though. They're all budget friendly too  .
H&M is good too!

New Look has loads of them out currently (I went shopping today  ) they're quite cheap and plus they're a lot of different colours.
