Ohhymmmyy goodness.. ! You do not leave it on for a long time certainly not 40 minutes luv! Is your skin burning or is their irritation? Thoroughly remove the cream and put rose water on it, cold rose water. Then put some cucumbers on your skin. This will give the soothening cold effect. If your redness and dark brown spots persist then please see a dermotologist. A bleach oxidises your hair to remove the colour. It is a very powerful chemical that is why it is advised to not leave it on for more than the duration specified!

40 mins, thats way tooo long! Anyway dont worry that happended to my cousin she left it on for longer than she should have and the same thing happened. It will clear up you just have to be patient, try not to put much on it.

Yes, 40 mins is too long! Don't panic though.. apply ice to u're face wrapped in tissue.. and if you have any mud mask at home.. mix-in some rosewater to it and apply it. The clay will calm u're skin down..
PLEASE do not use any toner/astringent or any face cream right now. And allow u're skin to settle down.
Some days are a complete waste of make-up!

I know ladies 40 minutes is too long but I dozed off with it on my face! ugh
Anyway I applied ice and rose water and ALHAMDULLILAH it looks much much better. I guess I just freaked out. Whats even worse is that after I washed my face my husband comes home and I was like shouting "dont look at me " lol

Always apply a small amount of cream cleanser (any cream) to u're face and wipe it off.. this provides a light coat of oils to u're skin, and when u apply the bleach, bleach works on u're facial hair and doesn't damage the skin.
Usually the sides of the face take more time than other area's.. so with a cotton pad remove the bleach from all other area's after 10 mins..and let it stay on the sides of u're face for a furthur 5 mins.
Wash with plenty of water, pat dry and apply any non-alcoholic toner.
