So I did something crazy today and picked up 11 shampoos.. yes, 11 of them because I just couldn't decide which one is good and they all seemed oh-so-amazing. Pantene, Ojon, Frederic Fekkai, Dove, Dabur Vatika, Jonathan, Burt Bees, Carol's daughter, etc etc etc! Initially I was thinking, Oh I'll just try each of them every other day and see which one I like.. umm yeah, not a good idea.. lol.
Can I get some suggestions or opinions on which one is the best for dry, very prone to tangles hair?
Choose your battles wisely.
Not everyone is worth wasting time over.

Pareezay sister, was it your thread about uncontrollable shopping habits. Not good not good!
regarding your question, it really depends which suits your hair best but i'd say pantene is good.

Wow.. 11 shampoos.. I wouldn't be so cruel to my hair. TreSemme works great for me. Always had issues with Pantene.. never suited me. Also, do you condition your hair? Use hair serum/ hot oils or so?

I have used Pureology which is great but I bought Loreal's Serie Expert Intense Repair shampoo and conditioner few months back and it is better especially for dry hair. They have a hair masque too which is also very good but I think the conditioner does the job!

Pareezay u r crazy. Go to a psycho-therapist now. This is NOT normal behaviour.
Aside from that, go for plain and simple Johnsons baby tangle free shampoo, or whatever it is called, its for tangle free hair. After u use it, apply a light coating of baby oil to your hair when it is still very wet, allow to dry naturally. I would brush it lightly while still wet after oil is applied bcos its easy to de-tangle then, but I know that experts do not advise hair to be brushed whilst wet bcos it stretches, loses elasticity and can snap, but if you are careful, u may avoid this.
One must make a mark in this world, if I am remembered for anything, let it be cheese and crackers...

Fekkai by far, gave me the BEST results.. Dove is great too for dry/damaged hair.
Some days are a complete waste of make-up!

i have dry hair and dove destroyed them even further
i enjoyed kersatase shampoo, it was very mild
i just purchased ojon and it seems to be working very well
for dry hair i would stay away from drug store brands as they seem a bit harsh to me or u can try using less quantity

according to 2 of my friends who both have gorgeous hair, dove is the best thing (one of them is always talking about her miracle story-- her hair used to be horribly dry and after 2 yrs of usage, i cant even rembr her hair ever being anything but silky).
my fave is ojon except the conditioner is really heavy. its great for untangling but may cause product buildup after a while, so switch it up with something else in between.

I use Bumble & Bumble hair thickening shampoo (best volume/thickening shampoo in my opinion and I've tried a few). I recently tried Fekkai's volume shampoo but wasn't as impressed

I've tried various products but nothing helps with detangling my hair either.
