I think mom told me it is a shower etc but you do wudhu while taking a shower as well and before doing that shower/wudhu to purify yourself you do NIYAT that you are going to do this to pakeeza yourself and you are going to continue praying.

Oh i never do that ... i mean I have neeyat kind of, like when prayer time is near , or on the day when i have to take bath, i hurry to take bath so i dont miss the prayer. But i do not say it properly as we say in regular Namaaz. u know what i mean? I just have neeyat in mind and heart that i should take bath quickly so i can say namaaz. thats it. And why wuddu is imp before bath when its not even valid until you have not taken full bath ? If you take full shower, you do not need to do a wuddu separetly.

Yes, Niya in the heart is enough you do not need to say it in words.
I also dont understand why we need to do wudu before we take a shower. I always have niya and shower and at the end do wudu.

Read this, it says how exactly you should do ghusl after menses to continue praying, read and touch the Quran, enter a mosque etc.
