^yeah the eye shadow i think is matte, except for the highlighting towards the inner eyes. the lipstick is creamy though

To get the pale lipstick effect, as illustrated in the picture above, people usually just buy a pale lipstick... but this can make you look washed out. First you should apply a thin veil of pale foundation to neutralise your lip colour, then apply a pale colour with clear gloss. It's a pretty nice look
