iv got a problem..lately the skin on my nose especially the sides has started flaking.. i dont know why it just started..it s not like i changed my soap or cleanse routine..

waht gives?..

Soni maybe u should keep the area moisturized with some good lotion/cream or vaseline. Try doing it for few days, hope it should work.

soni same problem with me and even on my cheeks too. i think you r right it may be due to soap change.

Could be increased sun exposure. Make sure you drink enough water, moisturize, and use sunscreen.

soni i had the similar prob u have,,,,it started all of sudden n i went too see my dermatologist...she said its eczema and gave me samples of hydrocortisone...its called locoid lipocream,,,i used it and my skin was fine after dat....she told me not to use it for too long,,so i only used it for a week,,n Allhumdulilah i dont have the prob anymore...

thanks guyz..put if ipu t heavy moisturizer or worse vaseline on my nose wont my pores get clogged?..

eczema?..i cant believe it..the top of my nose is oily though and i have oily t zone these dayz..although i used to have dry skin i thought it became oily now due to summerr..yeah maybe cause ami has same problem..

I used to have that problem too... and still do when my skin gets too dry..... all I do is exfoliate that area with any exfoliating face wash and then moisturise... and voila.... dry skin gone..... hope it work for you too....
....oh, and vaseline works too..... just rub a tiny bit into your skin and it'll keep the area moisturised and soft......

vaseline works well, but I normally use jasmine oil to massage my face when its dry. It moisturises it and once washed off leaves the skin feeling so smooth and relaxed.
