gently pull each hair individually for 10 seconds every morning after rubbing it down with warm coconut oil. this technique gives results you will notice in as little as two weeks.
as for homemade conditioner, conditioners are as diverse as the people that use them. i will have to see a full length photo to recommend one that suits you. feel free to PM me a few.

For dry hair here's a good mask:
Mashed avocado
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Leave it on for 1/2 hour and wash-off.
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Is another one to try..

mix half cup coconut milk+ 1 spoon olive oil + 1 egg white + 1 drop lavendar essential oil and apply on your hair from root to tips and leave it for 30 minutes aaply shower cap on it to retain your body heat to benefit from it and than wash with luke warm water and a mild shampoo after washing your hair apply two drops of olive oil in towel dry hair and then comb out the tangles and see the difference shine, health, and bouncy volume when your hair dries out

Wash your hair with Mayonnaise. Add mayonnaise to hair, wet hair with it. Wait about 1/2 hour and then rinse with mild shampoo. That should help.
