For nails u can use this muti vitamin
http://www.natureswealthvitamins.com...mula-large.png
U can also use Hand and nail cream by johnson and johnson. The traditional way is rubbing garlic on ur nails though.
For Acne u can see the sticky thread 'skin quiries'. There is a thread for falling hair too

fir nails you can rub your nail with garlic it will strenthgen your nail,
hair falls due to lack of sulphur that ripped of cause of harmful chemicals like dyes ,shampoos and etc ,grind an onion then squeeze out its water and apply to roots like oil leave it for 20 minutes wash your hair ,and there will be no hair fall not a single hair will fallotherwise just slap on my face.ok

Nail grow stronger if u soak them in warm olive oil for about 10 minutes and then massage u're cuticles with the warm oil. Take a calcium supplement and a vitamin A & D supplement for u're hair and nails.
Are u losing hair in clumps or just some after a shower? If u're losing hair in clumps have urself checked out for alopecia areata. Losing 100 strands a day is considered normal.. don't comb/brush u're hair when it's wet.
If u go thru the "Glowing Brides" thread in the wedding forum u will find home-remedies for u're queries.
Some days are a complete waste of make-up!

-hairfall
-bad nails
-acne problems
Well, if those problems began suddenly, and at the same time, there might be hormonal disturbance, anemia, or lack of other important vitamins in ur body, or reaction to any medicine u have been taking lately for some time, or "bad" dieting.

If it's still bad, you shud see a derm that may prescribe oral antibiotics.. it's often a long course but worth the effort and time!

Acne can start at 20 :/
Well if you suffer from hairloss it could be that you need some iron supplements and eat a lot of red fruits as they contain iron.
It could simply be a hormonical problem inshallah the doctors will help you.

I agree with Fatmeh R and Tayyabeh. Hair fall mostly happens when you're low on iron. Do you take vitamin supplements?? Talk with ur family doc and have him prescribe you an iron supplement. It's always good to massage your hair with warm oil and what not, but sometimes all that wont really help when things are not goin right in the inside

The vigorous rubbing (while massaging) and shampooing to remove the oil.. will cause more hairfall.. and that's why I don't suggest it.. but it's extremely important to have any hormonal factors ruled-out.
