Hunnyb,
To remedy the problem, you should take of some basic requirements. For example, sometimes skin conditions can be caused due to a lack of hydration. So, drink plenty of water to help keep your skin supple. Also, try to get sufficient sleep.
The # 1 enemy of the skin is the........SUN! Those UVA and UVB rays can cause wrinkling, spotting, pigmentation, and even sagging of skin. So apply a good quality sunscreen to your face 15-30 minutes prior to going out. Many people have this misconception that sunscreen is not necessary on cloudy days......but in reality about 80% of the sun's rays come through on overcast days.
I've heard some people say that olive oil which contains Vitamin E helps to firm and remove/prevent fine lines. You can try that out.
Laser therapy (which is painless) and chemical peels are another way to combat the problem and should be done by a certified dermatologist. Don't do chemical peels at home, go to a professional.
Another common suggestion is to use a satin pillow case for sleeping so to reduce wrinkling of face while sleeping.
And that's all I know. I'm waiting to hear Gina's the Beauty Guru's tips, she's awesome!
