Shalwar kameez, cause its comfy and you blend in when you get there. The last thing you wanna do is give them another reason to stare....lol

Ditto!
I usually wear shalwar kameez. Or if I'm wearing jeans.......I'll wear a long and loose kurta-style shirt/tunic on top......so I blend in better and won't draw too much attention.

pajamas, flip flops and a tshirt.. all i care about is getting on the plane, eating and dozing off. i keep a change of clothes for before landing in pakistan or to change into when im at the connecting airport.

well last time i went i wore shalwar kameez nd dupatta, comfy shoes, scarf on head/ hijab since wearing a dupatta is too annoying for me, falls off too often lol And a small handbag with necessary stuff like creme nd vaseline.

We got too much weird attention last time hubby and i went in western clothes... after that time, i always wear nice loose and light shalwar kameez, he wears shalwar kameez and an afghan style turban, so we look like northern tribal people. Over the top i know, but i like it.
Definitely wear something light. take special control stockings if you have poor circulation (to prevent DVT), take medication to help you sleep on the flight, and you're all set.
There are 10 kinds of people in this world; those who understand binary and those who don't.

i can't travel in shalwar kameez... it's too much trouble
if you're going to karachi wearing jeans is nothing new
people who stare also stare when ur wearing shalwar kameez
plus travelling with a duaptta is just beyond me
i did that once when going from karachi to multan and while boarding the plane my shirt and dupatta were flying away from my body so i would never make this mistake again
and my sister was laughing at me coz she wore jeans

from here i leave in any clothes but b4 landing will change into either shalwar kameez or long shirt with trousers. i do prefer trousers instead of shalwar n scarf inplace of dupatta.

Jeans and longer T-shirt and a shawl or dupata.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

i wear comfortable jeans (ones that stretch a bit) and a full sleeve, very comfortable cotton shirt because it gets chilly on the plane and i HATE using plane blankets so i also bring a very light jacket with me. ive never gotten stared at except when my dad comes inside the airport where passengers are just coming off the plane and takes me to the front of the line at immigration to get out within a minute (and before this i used to stare at people like this also and pretty much despise them for not waiting on line). specially if uve got a car waiting right outside and dont have to walk to parking.
if ur traveling business class u MUST wear business casual at the very least. and they WILL make u change into business casual or formal if u try to get on there with jeans, tshirt and/or flip flops.
I'm better than you and you know it. P.S. I purposely made this bright to annoy you.
