i've got a mixed pool party coming up, and i'm not sure what to wear. if it was all girls, i'd have no problems donning my 1-piece, but with the guys there, i'd like some options for my 1-piece plus covering my legs.
any suggestions?

SGC, I love those wrap around thingies. What are they called? And they come in such lovely prints. They look very modest yet trendy over a regular swimsuit and conceal any bodyparts ( ) very nicely.

sarong! or a net pullover type thing

A whole lot of athletic swim wear that cover the whole legs but I wouldn't wear that to a party.
Seems like a long sarong, swim wraps or a coverups that are available wherever fashion swim suits are sold.
I even saw really thin lawn kurti for wearing on top of the swim suit.
I think TLK was kidding about the gharara but there also gharara type colorful cotton skirts that swim shops sell to wear on the bottom.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
