Hair removal creams are known to turn skin dark so ur best staying well clear of them! As the others have said, start using other methods of hair removal instead, such as waxing or threading.
In the meantime, make sure u exfoliate regularly and keep the area well moisturised. Over time your original colour should come back inshallah!
