Lip primer *sigh*

any recommendation?

Went to three different Mac stores including the pro store, and none in stock. Even the website is out of stock. dimwits!

Lol. I don't use a lip primer, coz I think that vaseline is a really good substitute. It softens the lips and helps the lipstick glide on smoothly. Plus its cheap!

not for me, it makes my lips more dry after a while

and I dont think vaseline will help the lipstick to last will it?

Hmm not sure actually! But if u apply lipliner in the same shade all over the lip first and then apply the lippy over the top, that should help it last.

Maybe the makeup guru's on here can help...

a tiny hint of gloss under the lipstick works for me...my lips dont get chapped/dry..and the lipstick remains put..no residue either.
