So I wore a pair of brand new heels a couple weeks ago (or more?) and they were still a bit tight cuz I hadnt broken into them completely, but they left one huge bump on each foot like right at the edge of my foot under my big toe where the strap was... they kinda hurt and are oogly too..... how do I get rid of them and make them heal quicker? They're still red and wont go away cuz every shoe I wear rubs against em making them hurt all over again, except worse

Vaseline! Make sure you keep them covered with either thick cotton socks..and cover the bumps too to avoid furthur friction. When u're home apply Calamine lotion.

Some days are a complete waste of make-up!

wash your feet with warm water put on some vaseline and cover it with socks......just like Gina told you........

it helps

or you can cover it with saniplast maybe :S and while wearing the next shoe you do a cotton bandage over it so that the shoe wont have a that strong pressure effect on the bump area

I would of thought covering up a bump/bruise would lead to scarring?

^ No CE, covering up bumps and bruises doesn't cause scarring. It's suggested in Skitz case to prevent any other shoe from rubbing against it and aggravating the bumps

I'm not to sure, I've always been told if u cover up a cut/bump with a bandage it takes longer to heal and leaves scars

CE, that's why i've asked her to coat them with a thick layer of vaseline.. the bandaid is to keep the vaseline from spreading and stopping any friction against any shoe she wears.. at home she shud'nt cover it.
