hey,
a lot of people have bought those eyeshadow pallet from coastal scents or ebay. people on youtube are speaking really high of those eyeshadows. some people are even comparing those eyeshadows to MAC's shadows. when i read the review on makeupally.com people gave very negative reviews to these pallet.
now i am really confused if they are good of bad, because either people really loved them or hated them.
i know some people have these pallet, cuz it was discussed in eye makeup threat. i would really appriciate if u guys can review these pallets. so i can makeup my mind about buying them or not.

they're pretty good quality. very soft eyeshadows, easy to apply, highly pigmented. i would never compliment them unless i really liked them. and i'm only speaking for the 88 matte palette, that's the only one i have. i'm sure the other ones are good too.

my cousin bought me one from ebay ...rather than the normal circle colours mine has small squares. The colours are a bit hit and miss...some are better than others but i use mine over two faced shadow insurance which makes them look good and last all day. Also the range of colours is really good. They are not too expensive as well so i would say its worth getting it.

My fiance bought me the 88 matte palette and the 88 shimmer palette. I have used both of them and think that they are great. The colour range is brilliant and the pay off is so good for the price you pay!
My fiance also got me the blusher palette, I think it has like 24 blushers in it, and that's great too. My only issue with the blusher palette is that the colour pay off is great but it is not very long lasting and obviously you can't carry a palette that size around with you in your hand bag lol...
If you're looking to just buy on palette and you wear a lot of bright colours etc then go with the shimmer palette. However matte is great too.

Oh and mine were bought on ebay - it was cheaper to have them delivered to the UK from ebay. Plus coastal scents charge quite a bit more for their palettes, which are a lot cheaper on ebay!

hey girls...
I got the 56 palette with 6 blushes... its excellent..i was going to get the 88 eye shadow palette but was thinking about how much will i use the colors...
and i wouldnt ever use the pinkss...
i love my palette so much, i take it everywhere and i use the blushes everyday!!!
the got peaches to pinks and theres 1 brozer...i dont use it individually..i think the best way to use them is dip the brush in each color before u use it..
also i use an angled brush to put eye liner using the eyeshadows...

Yanzala, did you buy the pallettes then? If so, which ones and what did you think? I'm looking to buy a pallette too but can't decide whether to get Matt/Regular or Shimmer.

I bought the 88 shimmer palette, the colors are really good and the results are awesome. However, do keep in mind that these are made in China (sold by various retailers online but never in stores) and there's no way to know how safe the ingredients are, so use them based on that.
I haven't had any reactions from them, as I always use a primer and do not apply them on my bare skin. I also use mine very sparingly, only for parties once or twice a month when I need a particular shade I don't already have in my MAC collection or my urban decay shadowbox.
P.S. I ordered them using paypal, as I wasn't comfortable using my credit card at the Coastal Scents website.
Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.

I've bought the 120 eyeshadow palette (don't know the brand or w/e) and its really good, It's highly pigmented IMO. i don't know if its equivalent ot MAC but maybe close enough. my palette has matte and shimmer/shiny shadows.

I bought the 88 palette off Ebay and my sister got it from CS, both were exactly the same except for a few small differences in the packaging. I really like the palette and think its a great deal. Obviously its not the same thing as MAC, but for the price you are paying and the variety of shadows you are getting, its a really amazing deal. At least I think so. Used with a primer, the colours are beautiful and very pigmented. There are so many colours in there, tons that I have never even touched still. Its great for experimenting and just about almost every shade you need, you will find. I got the matte-shimmer one, but I think I would have liked the shimmer better, as I have barely touched any of the mattes, as I find shimmer is easier to blend. But Im glad I bought it and would definitely recommend!
