Not sure about that particular product but my surgeon recommended and gave me silicone sheets for scars that definitely work.. downsides tho are that u should wear them all the time (so obviously not the best idea for a facial scar) and if it's a very raised scar it can take months for it to flatten completely and became unnoticeable..
For a quick (expensive) fix laser will also work..

i used it for 4 months and thats when it works, it takes time but it does work

did you use it for acne scarring? and how good are the results?
HOW MUCH did it cost then for those 4 months of use?

many scars will begin to fade by 4 months anyway, you can't really be sure that the product is doing anything to help....

Currently i am using the Shiseido Intensive Skin Brightener and my acne scars and very light now. They are not completly gone but are much much lighter then before.
