The only makeup I wear is lipstick and depending upon my mood......either eyeliner OR mascara OR both.

I usually don't wear foundation..........not even to work.....and this includes even those days when I do have a couple of break outs here and there.

I get told I look younger than my age......and I wonder if it's because I have stayed away from the face paint.

I wear foundation for special occasions.............and even then.............only if my skin has break outs and needs covering up OR if I look tired.

I think not too long ago........a dermatologist on the Tyra Banks show had said that makeup can mess up/age your skin if you go to bed with it. In general, I think that, less is more when it comes to your skin. Wash it, tone, moisturize, eat healthy, exercise, stay hydrated, and get enough sleep.......and you won't have to be as dependent upon makeup on a daily basis.
