i have been looking for a nice under eye concealer for a very very long time. ALHAMDULILAH i don't have major dark circle problem or anything but when ever i did eye makeup i felt like my under eye dark circles are making my eye makeup look dull and over all look not as great as i would want it to be.
i saw many tutorials on youtube where people's face just transformed by covering their dark circles and they look very wide awake and their eyes looked bright.
i have a very weird skin tone i guess because i have never ever found a foundation which matches my skin, i thought i have olive under tone but i guess i don't cuz none of the olive under tone makeup matches my skin, same with yellow and pink under tone :s
i faced the same problem when i tried to look for concealer, i have so far tried out everything in ulta ,sephora MAC, and estee lauder but nothing looked nice.
just few days ago i tried cargo's concealer at ulta and surprisingly the color which was #045 matched my skin. it didn't do an amazing job of covering (probably cuz i was at the store and didn't use it as properly as i would have used it at home) but i am really happy to see a difference on my face.
i haven't bought it yet, i am thinking about going to sephora and getting a sample and trying at home few times before buying it cuz it cost $26 so i just don't want to buy it right away.
please suggest me any other under eye concealer or eye brightner that you have used and liked.

I've heard so much about Touche eclat but the colour to me looks really really light like its designed for white skin. Does it blend in nicely without looking too obvious?

The number 3 (which is the darkest shade) is the best for asian skintone but personally for me it works really well and I have REALLYYY dark circles. Not all stores stock that shade though.

When they try it on you, have a look at yourself in natural light before you buy it. The lights are so bright there, when you get out its a complete diff look, lol

Its really hard to find the right shade that matches our skin in Touche Eclat so I use Dior Skinflash in 002. Its amazing as an eye brightener if u don't have dark circles. I dont leave the house without it lol

try bobbi brown's corrector in a peachy shade (before applying concealer), that does wonders. Completely hides the dark circles, i absolutely loveeeeeee it!!

With MAC for undereye circles, if you normally wear NC in their foundations, you should go for NW with their concealers for undereye, because that is what will cancel out the dark colors under your eye. NW has pink undertones that will neutralize the dark areas (under eye circles).

I likED my smashbox concealer hi-def. It used to be so good in the beginnning but now it covers less and patches my under eyes like if the concealer broke down (if u know what i mean). maybe it's more than 3 months old??
i do like MAC but only for parties b/c it's too heavy for me. I've heard a lot of reviews about bobbi brown being good for brown skin and touche eclat can go either way. i've heard good and bad reviews, esp. that most of their colors are sutiable for whiter people.

hi there,
I really love the Prescriptives eye concealers...think they do an excellent job of concealing, and really are my favorite...the Benefit ones are quite good too...
