      hi everyone
      i've heard that this help u to lose weight i was just wondering if it's true and also if it do u just drink the water in the morning and not eat anything else for a while or is it ok to eat breakfast like say right after........if anyone's tried this plz share ur experiences i'm getting married in a month so therefore trying to lose a few pounds........thanx in advance

      you should take lemon juice in hot water,and you can have breakfast after one hour of taking this.

      well ive been drinking lemon water for quite a long tym n trust me its very effective...other than weight loss lemon improves ur complexion n removes all the toxic waste frm ur body n after drinking it in the morning i dun feel lyk having a huge breakfast...its keeps u full n i think thts the best thing!!

      i've tried taking lemon juice with warm water and lil honey before, yeah its effective in helping to lose weight. to be drank first thing in the morning and dun forget ur exercise!

      yeah i used to squeeze an entire fat lemon in hot water and gulp it down before brekky and lunch each day... i think i overdid it cus my hands started to go funny... all the skin from the insides of my palms started to peel...

      havent done it since then..

      to be honest though... i wouldnt rely on lemon juice to lose weight... i used to fool myself as well all the time.. infact it prob just burnt the fat theat i ate all day long.. lol

      u really need to change ur eating habits for weight loss... when i finally realised that, thats when i started to lose weight.. and now, if i want to lose a kg or for a dawat, i know what to change...

      Good breakfast is very important for dieting. Make sure you have it every morning. You can skip lunch or just have a protein bar or just fruits. But I dont know any diet that can help you lose A LOT of weight in a month and I don't believe them to be safe either!

      thanx everyone for ur replies ............don't worry i'm not really on a diet i've just cut out junk food and lessened the portions that i eat and yes i am exercising about 4 times a week just want to get rid of like 10 lbs not a lot i think..........i had read about the lemon thing and just wanted to see if anyone had actually had positive results from it i guess when you have a month to go before the wedding every little thing helps..........inshallah all of this will pay off as i'm getting married at the end of aug

      ^ It's weird. I never lose weight in Ramadan, but last year I lost 10lbs in just that month. No exercise, just fasting and eating iftar and dinner together, rather than dining twice.

      dunno how it keeps me full but i dun feel lyk having sumthing for atleast1 or 2 hrs...i drink a huge glass of it...n yeah true relying on lemon juice alone iz a very foolish act...you have to make all the effort to lose weight lyk excersise yoga cardio, eating a balanced diet etc...
