I used Evening Primrose Oil in capsule form. It keeps my eczema in check as well as good for PMS related difficulties.

I found Evening Primrose Oil (capsules) to be very effective for PMS and skin conditions i.e. pimples and acne. However, you may have to be careful with the dosage and it is not effective for all people.

How long did it take you to feel the results. Also, is this good for oily skin?

Does Evening Primrose help when you are TTC? Do you need to ask your doctor before taking it

I use Rosehip Oil religiously morning, day and night on my face, neck and hands.

Even though I have had combination skin all my life and being hesitant at first, it didnt cause my skin to breakout at all.
I have noticed no blackheads around the usual nose and chin area and the skin tone has become more even since I first started using it.

I have also noticed that I had a scar on my forehead from a teenage injury which required stitches, that scar has become more level-ed.
