what is this diet consist of?

and 6kgs in 20 days is impossible. It's a lie, if they tell u that.

1 kg = 2.2lbs is the healthy weight one can lose in one week (7 days)

    2 kgs = 14days

3kgs = 21 days. You got to work your arse off to keep losing 2 pounds a week.. and even then you just end up losing around 3kgs per 3 week or 20 days... 6kgs is way out of the question.

ps: do share what is the diet consist of?

i dont understand...isnt it easier to haul yourself to a gym for as less as half an hour a day than put yourself through the misery of denying yourself food all day long?

Anyways I think the particular diet program cant be maintained for long because of the kinds of foods mentioned are not bought in the quantities when grocery shopping by most people....eating that many servings of fruit and veggies by yourself everyday is kinda unrealistic considering not just cost but that there might be others at home who may want something else to eat.

ya,..... if u see.... its not that hard.... all u need to do is minus roti and add salad! and instead of banasmati rice... take brown!! brown rice actually taste good!! and they are much more healther.... u can keep ur white rice for special occasions.... and for normal daal chawal days u can make it from brown rice!!
u can eat salad with the salan u have made!!... just dont take the oil wala part.....

plus salad and fruits should be eaten by everyone.... not only by ppl who are on a diet!!!

and even if u have to eat roti... take the whole grain atta and keep it for once a day!

once u get used to it.... salads and fruits will be added to ur groccery list automatically!!

my dad has type 2 diabetes. he was on loads of pills until last year until he found this eastern medicine doc (PhD), not that he was looking for such a person.
the dude basically told him to cut out the carbs. rice, pasta, anything white flour based - bread, roti.
just eat protein, fruit and veg and whole grain roti and rice. and he didn't need to deny himself sweet things either.
well, my dad thought why not, it allowed him a lot more freedom in his diet than the western docs were telling him. he got to have eggs for breakfast and loads of meat for dinner with lots of salad and less roti. and eat methai etc, just had to stop eating rice, pasta and white flour products.

fast forward, his cholesterol which was also high came down and he stopped taking those pills. so did his blood sugar. his doctor was amazed and he doesn't need to take metformin all the time now.

    this study
was being conducted at surrey whilst i was studying there. it backed up what my dad had been doing all last year anyway - eating two eggs everyday!

Omg! That is not a diet to lose weight! It is just to eat healthier. What I eat on a daily basis is like Diet 1 and I'm not losing weight nor is that my goal. None of those diets sound like people will lose weight and definitely not 6 kgs in 20 days.

As long as you burn more calories than you consume....you'll lose weight.

is it just me, or is that a LOT of food for 1 day for any person? :S i think there's easily 1 extra meal in there for each day - given u're looking @ a normal person's regular diet!!
