Not sure if sharp pain is related to stomach ulcers, but if you do have ulcers, then aloe juice is a great remedy for them. You will have to look for the juice which is suitable for ingestion.
Could be acidity if you have changed your diet or are stressed out a lot.First try the over the counter remedies like Mylanta or Maaloz or even TUMS.See if thy help .
