FEMALE ONLY. DOES ANYONE GAIN WEIGHT, FEEL THAT THEY HAVE GAINED ATLEAST 3-5 LBS RIGHT BEFORE THERE PERIODS?

HOWEVER, some girls might because many of them crave chocolate right before pms and that might make them gain some pounds.

I don't know about actual weight gain but I do feel kind of bloated and heavy.

Hell yeah and I love the fullness
Unfortunately it only last for a week
You may confuse gaining weight with feeling bloated though.

It's actually water retention..and that's why lots of doctors ask u to avoid salt in those days.. =)

Not actualy weight gain, just bloatedness, which goes away after a few days

yep...i usually feel that way as well. Like most people said...it's most likely the feeling that you are bloated.

yes its called bloating.There are over the counter medicines for that if you want.

yes, its quite common i think. its not weight, just water  so you're not getting fat!

Sorry but Answer is yes.
Females weight can vary up to 5lbs depending on the thing you mentioned.
