well i dont knw about pregnancy tummy. but i do 50 sit ups(with the exercise thing tht helps you do the sit ups) b4 every meal and works for me...drink lots of water b4 ur meal and during so you get mostly filled up with water...

Take it easy - start with simple exercises holding your tummy in for just a few seconds at a time when you're lying in bed at night, then brisk walking which can help too. You'll gradually regain your shape!
