Well, slices of cucumbers or cooled down teabags. Either can be put on for 10-15 minutes at a stretch. And try to have adequate rest as sleep deprivation can lead to these.
Good luck !

Well, well, well. I myself have never suffered from this, ALHAMDULILLAH. Any tip that I have shared is based on what most pakis recommend as a solution in general. We must always bear in mind that there always are exceptions, i.e. what has worked for person A may not suit person B. No harm in trying herbal remedies I believe !!!!!!!!

According to research done, dark eye circles have nothing to do with sleeping less. Yes, lack of sleep can make your eyes baggy and appear tired/dull but dark circles is an interior issue altogether. There are now surgeries/treatments for it.

ye I have been to all kinds of specialists - like a dermatologist, primary care, internal care, dentist, beautifying salon, prayed to Dr. Allah, but nothing works. Sometimes the dark circles are too obvious and sometimes I can get away with. That's life.

There can be a number of reasons for dark circles:
- Sleep deprivation
- Lack of Iron in the blood
- Some internal disease
- Heredity
I have them sometimes but its heredity so no matter how much I sleep or put slices of cucumber, it doesn't really help. Khair its not a big problem for me as mA they don't affect my looks too much.

I dont know how true this is..but I have heard when you rub ur eyes this rips internal skin and causes these black eyes..pls dont quote me on this..I overheard someone say this
so to be safe, dont itch ur eyes...and definitely massage ur eyes..
also put cotton wool dipped in cold rose water over ur eyes...
Hope it helps?

try these
Rub gently 1 or 2 drops of castor or almond oil under ur eyes b4 bedtimes. Some ppl rave abt argan oil too but u hav to experiment wat suits u
try a hemorrhoid cream
use a good Vitamin C eye cream or serum
Plenty of water, veges n rest is a must plus supplements with cod liver oil, vit E & C, folic acid n iron r very helpful too.
facial massage esp eye massage(yoga, accupressure etc). promotes blood circulation around eyes area n very effective.
one Home Made Remedy someone suggested n seems very interesting but i never tried myself is
Mix 1 teaspoon of the gelatin with one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute.
Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel(make sure its not too hot). let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off. (Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin). do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.
be consistent with ur remedies coz things take time but within a month or so u should see some gr8 results.
PS: this product esp the instant tuck has gr8 reviews on a forum i go to. its very impressive. just chk it out. pricey but worth the price.
chk the pictures on the site
http://www.easyeyesolutions.com/easy...ions_home.html
u can chk it on you-tube too.
