Can someone please post a nutrition info label from any food product and educate us on how to correctly read it and get value out of it?

Thanks.

very very very important: serving size. based on that the nutrition information is given. so what you think is half a bowl of cereal might not be their half, and you might end up getting more calories than required/you think you are getting.

yup. so the whole box does not contain 60 calories. it's the 2 crackers that contain that much calories and fat.

Out of the 60 cals, 15 are from fat.
Total fat in the 2 crackers is 1.5 g which is only 2% of the daily requirement of 65g for someone on a 2000 cal diet, eh?
