Spock bro, you shouldnt workout all days in a week.. 3/4 days of intense work-out is all that is required.. any more of that and you're wasting your time and you're overtraining( no wonder why you're fatigued).. If your goal is to stay lean or build muscles, remember.. you only breakdown the muscles when at gym, you only make them bigger the moment you get out of gym. Rest is as important as diet when it comes to staying lean or trying to build some muscles. You've to take 2/3 days off from gym every week.. Other than that whats adviceable is that one should take rest of one whole week from weight training or any sort of exercises after 2 consecutive months of workout.

^ Why dont you buy a nice treadmill? Just do alot of cardio, start off slowly and you'll see the difference.

thats a news to me. You're overweight and u cant go to gym?.. why not? Is it the fear inside you that what others will think of you? if thats not the case then can u explain why u cant go to gym?

go to gym. You'll see plenty of people trying to get the results that you're looking for (losing weight).. talk to them... see which person inspires you and try doing his/her routine... if possible exercise together.

Whenever I feel like I want to get a little lighter (usually because my jeans are feeling a little tighter), I work intervals into my routine.

Intervals are one of the fastest ways around to shed fat. Women who spent 20 minutes mixing sprints with jogging lost three times the fat off their legs and butt in 15 weeks than those jogging steadily for 40 minutes, a study from the University of New South Wales in Sydney finds. Burn triple the fat in half the time? Bring it on!
To try intervals, do this speedy slimming routine up to six days a week. Pair it with your toning session or do it solo, for results guaranteed to amaze you.

Hop on any cardio machine you like for the time allotted and the exertion level noted (1 is the easiest and 10 is next to impossible).

Warm up for 4 minutes at a level 3.
Sprint for 30 seconds at a level 7.
Recover for 90 seconds at a level 4.
Sprint for 30 seconds at a level 8.

Yes please. Girls lift weights. Dont need to be comparing yourself with guys but weights for u are as important as for anyone else. Dont think even for a moment that if u touch those weights.. you'll be bulked up, which aint gonna happen. Please please.. work on yourselves and make desi community proud!

Just asking because i know i would never be able to gather up the courage using anything that sounds as weird as Hydorxy Cut :P LOL
I wouldn't use anything like like that personally, why not just do cardio, forget toning for now, just stepper, treadmill, cross trainer and rowing, its the best for weight loss.....

Oh and try to replace your sugar with low fat sugar that you can buy from the supermarket and milk should be semi-skimmed not full fat...

And....plenty of fruit, whenever you walk towards the kitchen to get a sugary snack why not pick up a banana or apple or evena handful of cashew nuts....try it...

Worried

I lost 5 pounds! yay! 5 more to go before vacation. I am exercising but really haven't cut down any eating. I am just not motivated enough.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
