go for short bouts of sprints as fast as you can and then return to a more moderate speed, and then do a sprint again..that will have better results than stready pace.

Lost 2 more pounds. Whew! Eating yucky fish and chicken is paying off.

2 1/2 weeks left - Time to kick butt!

Self is starting their annual 12 week program. I am thinking of joining in March even though I will be gone for 10 days.

If you haven't done it - it's really good for weight loss. Register at self.com

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

Yes, get it checked out, and in the mean time find an alternative routine not involving the heave use of knees.

I have few questions.............

1) i absolutely hate the treadmil so is it ok if i burn majority of the calories if not all at the motion bike?!?...........................

2) Whats with the inhale and exhale part? what if you cant really keep a track of it while doing yr sets? .

3) I get really sweaty and itchy at gym cuz at times it gets crowded and i think the warmth gets to me lol.....so is it wise to put the fan on while excercising?..

ok thats it for now .

1. I think it is. You can also start spinning if you want. My sister just bikes (doesn't run). but you have to do intense biking. not the one where you read a magazine and paddle like you have all the time in the world.

2. I have those messed up too. I don't know

3. I think it's wise not to get over heated in the summer esp. make sure you carry a water bottle

honey I think you are eating too little and you need some protein in your deit.
You need atleast 1600 calories. It's wierd but you need to fuel your body with good food to lose weight.

You also shouldn't strave yourself for long periods of time - the reason why people don't lose weight in ramadan.

Add - a egg in your breakfast. Boil it and take it with you or just make an omelate.

Cut of the banana because they are very stracty and full of carbs. Instead choose a fiberous fruit like pears or strwberries

I added some desi diet foods on some thread.
