frozen fire:
If you BONE not Muscle is hurting bro then i think u have a problem.
Stop doing this excecise and immdietly see a docter first.
Remember you should do pre-work out warm-up and stretches of al thsoe body parts you going to utlise.
Othwerise u can end up streching muscle or part that wasnt ready for it.

Back on track-
swam for 45 minutes - 5 minutes butterfly, 20 breast stroke, 20 front crawl
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

That's okay Rabia - think about it as an investment in your health. we end up weasting money on so manyt hings. I think Health should be a priority.
I do want to give yoga a try but I so reluctant that it won't do anything for me

ok my gymming is going fine...im loosing weight though not as fast as i wud like but i think i m on the right track....also losing in inches all over the body so its all kool...but at times it annoys me how all these celebs happen 2 get slim from fast with 1-2 months and they are all toned up too...i make sure i not only do cardio but alteratively also do the whole body workout too....to make sure i dont end up with loose, saggy skin...but i wonder how all these actresses have no loose skin lol...some of them happen 2 be quite chubby for years now like kareena was....still she is perfectly toned up.....i assume most go under the knife?!?..

First thing u need to keep in mind if you want to continue to make progress is to never compare yourself with someone better than you. Thats the number one technique of progressing in the positive direction.
As for the actresses/actors losing weight quickly.. well its because they have nothing else to do in their life than to look good. They can afford all the healthy meals for themselves and ofcourse their profession needs them to dance well and hence, this way they lose weight too.. basically its their profession that they are working towards and it requires them to look good.. but we on the other hand has much more things to worry about in our lives than to simply look good. We get stressed out easily and that make us gain a few pounds...
so the bottom line is.. as long as you know u are progressing. Need not to worry how the actresses do it. Have the kind of physique for yourself that people around you want to be like you , and not like kareena or some other celebrity. Lastly, Congrats on losing weights !!.. its a tough work to be done. I wish you all the very best in the future and hope u get to your ideal weight in no time
