If you're aiming for pacs then, you have to get rid of all the excess energy and fat stored through heavy cardio first, and then targeting the abs would show up on your toned stomach... trust me, it works! azmayi hoi game hai.

I haven't been to gym in a week - first coz of a sprain and then coz I was busy with interviews. Now my friend is here from out of town so maybe next week.

dont go.. simply watch your diet the whole day.
regarding your other question about wats creatine... its a naturally occurring substance in our bodies and we get most of the amount of creatine through mostly healthy fats.. this helps in pushing the water in to your muscles , making the muscles appear more stronger and fuller.. its also called cell volumizer... when u lift heavy, creatine plays a part in not making you fatigue before you're done with your workout.. supplementing with creatine helps you not only to help you not get fatigued during workout, but also help you lift for a longer period of time and in most cases heavier.. causing more breakdown of muscles, retaining more water, and in result making the shape of your muscle appear more fuller and bigger. With creatine, one needs to drink plenty of water throughout the day , because thats basically what creatine does.. its a water retention in your muscles.. with not sufficient intake of water , you might develop kidney problem, but its highly rare.
