I did go to gym yesterday and it was ok.......i didnt feel bad or anything! But ya i have few concerns;
1. I just cant push myself to increase my speed @ treadmill more than 5.3 and i think thats bad...no?
2. Since i am on a weight loss spree lol...i have been reading up alot on net and i came across some horrific images and talks about how you will end up with loose skin even if you have to loosel ike 10 pounds...so i am scared cuz i was aiming to loose alot more than that ............So what to do?. i mean its weird that even if u do it the right way you would end up with that saaging skin havin that is worse than havin some fat on yr body.........so help!!!!!!!!
3. What can be done to minimize the dangers of getting loose skiin...uff!!! so much distractions when u wanna loose some weight

Take it slowly, ure doing just fine. I used to do 5.0 when I started, for half an hour. Gradually bumped it up, over the span of a few months, and now I start at 7.0mph, and then increase .2mph every 5 minutes and go upto 8mph by the time I'm done. I keep a 2.0 incline as that makes it tougher and targets my thighs for resistance training. Just be patient and stick to the speed you are comfortable with and gradually crank it up.

Yeah but he went through some really life threatening procedures to lose that weight! There's loose skin hanging from his face!
Hes a really nice guy though, I used to be in his choir back in grade 3, when he came out with Raag Time. This was before his bollywood adventures though, when he was a real musician.
This is how I remember him:

Ok im not that unhappy with my physique, I only have like ten pounds to lose to being back to my skinny self and I cant get past 5.5 max 5.7 for more than 3 minutes. How do you guys do it? And the elliptical is one thing I have never learned to love... lately I just do ten minutes... 15 is really pushing it and I feel like im dying.
it's the heart afraid of dying, that never learns to dance; It's the dream afraid of waking, that never takes the chance; It's the one who won't be taken, who cannot seem to give; And the soul afraid of dying, that never learns to live.

now that is bad cardio and stamina, and ppl dont go to gym just be in shape, they go to gym so that they could remain fit and healthy and could get comparatively better old age. u really gota work on ur cardio and stamina, i assume u r young, after u cross 35 u can have probes God forbid, so keep on doing everything u dislike in gym, and insha Allah u'll get there.
