^ i was worried about side effects too, but honestly i havent had any yet, without being too graphic whatever ive experienced has been in the bathroom, not just me, but all the people who are taking it who i know of.
yeah, if you do have too much fat in your meals, then it could get nasty, thats what keeps you away from all the nasty fatty stuff!
it does work because 50% of the fat you eat doesnt get absorbed into your body and for evry 2lbs you losenaturally, you'll lose 1lb extra with alli! so that, and the fact that its been approves by the FDA, and you get it over the counter at the pharmacy made me buy it. its not even that expensive
im 4 days into it, and i feel much better, and my familys noticing aswel.

and in the 4 days did you go bathroom all the time, i dnt wana let it get in the way of say when im in the gym or whatever.
and do you only go bathroom if you have too much fat...
whats ur family saying?
DO YOU mind if i ask ur weight, or you can pm me otherwise, thankssssss

I am using herbalife and have lost a significant amount of weight with this. before i started using this product i felt tired all the time and no energy since starting this i have bags of energy and feel wonderful. i would highly recommend to anyone. imo it has no side effects. i am epileptic and since using this i haven't had one fit.

yes you will lose initially but this is just water weight that you will be losing and then of course you will end up binge eating within a few weeks (if not less) because your body will be craving certain foods.
diets in which you easily lose weight are not good diets at all. you wanna lose weight? expect to work hard at it.
