Twice, sometimes thrice...
I always floss after meals, but I don't use mouthwash ... it's like gargling acid

i brush my teeth using a toothbrush twice daily. once when i get up and once before i go to sleep ... however if i am taking a shower i just brush my teeth using a toothbrush extra

twice - morning and night. Floss only at night.
oh and this routine is good for 6 months. Then I go back to just one time brushing. Then it's time for dentist appointment and he scares the hell outta me - and warns me to FLOSS and brush at night too... so then it's back to routine time until I get a shout back from dentist

twice a day.. however some days esp. on friday nights i get too lazy so i just go to bed without .. but most of the time i brush regularly
