has anyone done this?
im trying to cut out bad things from the diet and trying to eat the good stuff..
ive started having a glass of hot water with half a lemon squeezed into it.. it's pretty good actually...
other than eating green veggies (like cuccumber, avacado) and havign soy beans.. is there anything else you guys recommend?
oh and yes, im having apricots and figs as well
