I am really curious as to how most of the women on Gs seems to have the "perfect" life style in terms of eating and taking care of themselves. I know so many of the guppans say that they regularly exercise or go to gym (which is awesome) but in reality i have yet to seen such desi ladies. I m really curious!

(eating healthy part MUST include asking other family members not to bring junk food in the house- my last 2 lbs gained were due to that )

This is THE biggest porblem at my place. Pizza's, popeyes, desi unhealthy foods just don't Stop and it ticks me off because i am no that strong yet to say no to these yumilicious food

Well the thing is when you train some one you start where they are. And you bring them to where you want them to be.
Making some one feel good about there current shape is very important to get 110% out of them. Little thing I picked up from boxing
