What would you prefer to lose wight.
Workout doesn't have to gym/or treadmill. It can be little alteration in your activities.
SO what is it. I know women have lower muscle to fat ratio. So you may not be so much in love with work out.
Feel free to express which you prefer?

Whenever I put on a few pounds, the easiest way I find to take it off is to walk 45 minutes a day and drink water exclusively (no other beverages). I don't have to change anything about how I eat when I follow that route. If I consistently stick with that routine (at least 85% of the time) I never gain weight. Unfortunately, sometimes I don't make the time to walk or I get into the habit of drinking too many other beverages. Anyway, water and walking works for me. Every BODY is different!

I eat what i want, when i want, and as much as i want. I can do this, because working out rigorously has been a part of my everyday life since i was a child
Playstation: My muscle to fat ratio is just fine thank you

I prefer working out.
Altho I am careful about what I eat...not dieting (as in depriving myself of foods) but just eating healthy (on most days).....the quality of the foods I put in my mouth is what matters to me not the quantity.

I think one of basic difference is women tend to be appearance oriented when Guys are more into performance.
Now there are things which can adapt from guys.
For women If you try to achieve higher fitness/athletic levels you would defiantly be in better shape too(appear ace wise)

Not that I am trying to show off, but the time you take for 100m sprint, I can climb a rope 100m high. NOW that is good muscle ratio

there is no such thing as lecture. It varies for every individual so till I know the current fitness I cant say much.
So tell.

Work out for sure. Nothing like a good sweat and a red face after all that working out Its much more beneficial than dieting for the body, skin, and overall health. I could never keep a diet, its too much of a punishment and depriving myself of happiness.
it's the heart afraid of dying, that never learns to dance; It's the dream afraid of waking, that never takes the chance; It's the one who won't be taken, who cannot seem to give; And the soul afraid of dying, that never learns to live.
