nvr skip breakfast
drink plenty or water throughout the day and especially before eating a meal
eat more fiber (fresh fruits n veggies)- fiber makes you feel full longer
eat lean proteins
drink whey protein

Why are you always eating? Is it stress? Sometimes stress can cause people to turn to food for comfort. And this can cause weight gain.

Good appetite suppressants are foods with lots of fiber and protein. IF you're conscious about gaining weight, then chose high-fiber and protein rich foods that are low in calories. (apples, sweet potatoes, dates, daal, beans, yogurt, etc)

brushing your teeth or mouthwash (because everything tastes crappy after you use a minty mouthwash)
